Restarting the railway

Supreme Leader Nanobana Kinako wants to restart the railway project, but this time she wants to make Tantan Railway a single track railway for faster process of building a railway and more possible curves in the project that something she never tried to pull of due to the limits of her feasible railway making skills. By switching to a single track version, this will be possible. Her colleagues stated that she can't undo this decision as this could be an act of wasting time and effort, so Supreme Leader Nanobana Kinako was advised to make up with her mind and make decisions final and absolute.
