Limited construction operations on MetroStar Railway

Supreme Leader Nanobana Kinako has limit all kind of railway features to be constructed on the MetroStar Railway while the MRT 3 Addon hasn't been released yet. This restriction includes the creation of curves, bridges and depressed tunnels, a tunnel on the same altitude as the rest of part of the railway has already been built between Nanobana Kinako and Nanoban Beta's Station as one of the initial features of the railway. Tho bridges on the same level as the rest of railway hasn't been approved yet due to the go signal for standard gauge installation hasn't been given yet.
