DESCRIPTION

Princess Tantan is a Gacha Life movie created by Nanobana Kinako and Nanobana Beta, announced by Kinako on her channel in the middle of August 2024 that she will make a movie with her wife, Beta that will premiere on her birthday September 28, 2024 on YouTube and BiliBili, she stated that the production will begin on September 1, 2024 which gives her 28 days to finish the development of the movie.

PLOT

The story begins with the 6 year old protagonist Tantan Alcántara who've been living in Honolulu, Hawaii since birth. Tantan is the daughter of a Filipino Navy Captain Larry Alcántara and Belgian-American Olivia Davis (Now Olivia Alcántara) who break up with him when Tantan was just 5 years old because she thought Larry was cheating on her. Later, Larry said to Tantan that they are going to the Philippines via his registered navy vessel, SS Marietta. The trip took a week and Tantan had to celebrate her 7th birthday at the middle of the Pacific Ocean, they made it to Manila 7 days later and the protagonist is amazed about Manila, she even got mistakenly for a celebrity as she was asked to take selfies, later Larry enrolled Tantan to the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, a prestigious girl-only school in the Philippines where he met Edgar Cruz (the antagonist of the movie) and his right hand man Steven Morallos. Edgar is headmaster of the school and decided to throw a welcome party for Tantan, while enjoying the party, Anju fell in love with Tantan and fainted on the floor, Tantan tried to help her but she was stopped by Shaine. Later Shaine friends Tantan and Tantan has no idea that Shaine is a rotten girl with a bad attitude. Shaine trick Tantan that Amira, Mei Lin and Anju are bullies they are the victim. Fast forward to the next day, Tantan was scolded for not copying what's on the chalkboard in which later it was found out that Tantan is actually fluent in Spanish which Edgar was asked to teach the girl a different subject. Edgar thinks Tantan is bragging her Spanish speaking skills while in reality, Tantan was just trying to say she already knows the language, later at night, Larry Alcántara formally said goodbye to Tantan as he heads for his mission in West Philippine Sea, Tantan breaks into tears as her father left. Tantan soon later found out the true colour and personality of Shaine and Jherwin as Tantan caught them bullying a homeless girl on the street, Tantan is disappointed that she be friended with bullies and cut connections with the 2 real bullies. Tantan apologize to Amira for believing in Shaine's lies and be friended with her supposedly friends. Tantan invited the 3 girls to formally declared their friendship to each other and from there Anju admitted that she has romantic feelings for Tantan, thanks to Mei Lin's English or Spanish meme joke. Later Tantan and her friends saw a young maid named Kinako and the maid quickly avoided them. Amira stated that they can only interact with adult maid while interacting young maids is forbidden, the rule is also applied vice versa. Tantan is concerned as child labour is considered unlawful and illegal. When Larry left the school and formally said goodbye to Edgar and Steven, we found out that Steven used to bully Larry when Larry was still a kid, Steven is jealous of Larry's high grade and outstanding attendance record and perfect score streak. This made the narcissist bald despise him and held grudge for years, Larry stated that he already move on from his bullying and stated that he doesn't hold grudge while Steven remained unchanged. With Edgar's help, he contacted the Chinese government for a permission to use their asset to plot an assassination to Larry Alcántara which the Chinese government approved. While in China, a Chinese soldier was interested on getting the bounty on Larry which was posted on military websites and decided to hunt the captain which he later disguise as one of the crew of SS Marietta. Later the Chinese accomplished his goal by killing the captain, it is also found out that he wasn't working alone, seconds later the Chinese and his ally was shot to death by Larry's right hand man Lieutenant Diosdado Roxas and broke into tears as he was unable to save the captain's life, he blame himself for the death but before Larry took his last breath, he told to Diosdado to not blame himself and take care of Tantan which he accepted that he's now he has the full responsibility to take care his captain's only child.

Tantan Alcántara - Tantan is the protagonist of the movie and the daughter of Larry Alcántara. She is a kind hearted girl who always there to help her friends.

Larry Alcántara - Larry is deuteragonist of the movie and the father of Tantan Alcántara. He is the captain of SS Marietta of the Philippine Navy.

Diosdado Roxas - Diosdado is the tritagonist of the movie, he is a lieutenant and the right hand man of Larry Alcántara. He later became the foster father for Tantan as Larry passed away.

Olivia Alcántara - She is the biological mother of Tantan Alcántara who appeared in the end of the movie as she found out Larry didn't actually cheat. She left Larry because of false thinking of Larry cheating a year before the movie begins.

Amira Raja - Amira is a muslim girl and one of Tantan's best friends.

Zhao Mei Lin - Mei Lin is a Chinese girl born in Guangzhou in China and one of Tantan's best friend.

Izawa Anju - She is a Japanese lesbian who has a huge crush on Tantan.

Nanobana Kinako - She is a young maid that always been treated unfairly by adult maids and Chef Lucas for being useless and lazy.

Edgar Gongora Cruz - He is the main antagonist of the show and one of the mastermind for Larry Alcántara's assassination.

Steven Morallos - He is Edgar's right hand man who greatly despise Larry Alcántara and one of the mastermind for Larry Alcántara's assassination.

Shaine Morallos - She is Steven's daughter and like him, Shaine is a spoiled brat with a bad attitude. She fooled Tantan to becoming her friend.

Jherwin Kabayo - Jherwin is Edgar's gay nephew and the only boy in a girls-only school. He is Shaine's closest friend and despise Tantan for being more beautiful than him.
