A train of Tantan begins

The creation of Tantan Express train have started. Although it is not determined if the title of this train is either "Tantan Express" or "Tantan Railways E231 Series" based on its addon due to the waiting period for MRTC 3000 Class release. If the train isn't released before the finishing the Tantan Railways, then Tantan Express will be the temporary rolling stock and the addon itself will be renamed as "Tantan Railway E231 Series".
