What would happen to Glodelania when Belgian Dream comes?

First of all Glodelania as a country would cease to exist and would be converted into an organisation and with that being said, all of its territorial possessions will be given to the Philippines. This organisation would relocate to Brussels in Belgium. But this scenario is just an speculations whether the Belgian Dream is a permanent change or a temporary one like Supreme Leader Nanobana Kinako's stay in Aklan in 2006 to 2008, 2014 to 2016 and 2022 during the Bread Task.
