Delta shall not operate in Aklan

Supreme Leader Nanobana Kinako has detected some Bad Feeling in the upcoming travel to Aklan and she knows this has something to do with being a dual device user which may contradict the Gran Jed. To fix this, instead of leaving Delta to stay in Saint Mariette, Delta will still come but shall stay in the travelling bag untouched and unused, this is due to to the fact that her travel to Aklan may become permanent once the new house passed the Glodelania's criteria for a permanent settlement.
