Operation Reconnection fails

Supreme Leader Nanobana Kinako has initiated Operation Reconnection after the password change yesterday, but this failed as the TV hasn't been connected yet. Without that, Operation Reconnection can't progress and Delta will remain disconnected in the meantime. Another bad news is Delta is running low in offline due and the leader is absolute furious for his colleagues lack of initiatives to download at least 50 offline videos to Delta.
