For some reason, Bilibili is malfunction and unable to upload videos, as of now... Supreme Leader Nanobana Kinako found out that Bilibili is malfunctioning when she tried to upload a miscellaneous video she wanted to back up due to deletion threat to the original source but she was unable to upload it and had to be held in draft. Supreme Leader Nanobana Kinako had thinking if she should move to another video publishing site to back up her video. Supreme Leader Nanobana Kinako hasn't given a final answer since moving to a new site is not as simple as anyone could think of.
