Supreme Leader Nanobana Kinako revealed to her colleague that she plans to produce Tantan Legacy's spin off by September 15, 2024, the spinoff is titled as Princess Tantan which was inspired by Princess Sarah. Unlike the Pitch Is Ours, Princess Tantan isn't part of Tantan Legacy Chronology, instead it's a whole new different story, the story takes place in 1896 where Tantan is a 10 years old girl and the daughter of rich sailor Eduardo Alcántara who brought Tantan from the Philippines to study in Seville in Spain. The reason why Tantan has to be moved to Spain is due to numerous insurrections from rebellious indios making the Philippines a dangerous place to live for our protagonist, however due to her dad's job, he has to go back to the the Philippines to help the development of a gold mine in Baguio. Tantan is in the care of its school headmaster, Dolores Hidalgo which is the show's antagonist. Unfortunately an earthquake occurred in the gold mine causing the death of her father, while Tantan has no clue that her dad died in an earthquake, Dolores found out Eduardo didn't left any money to pay off Tantan's tuition fee and hospitality which is made Dolores furious since Tantan is actually half Spanish and half Indio where Tantan's mom is actually an Indio from the Philippines and Eduardo is a Spaniard. Dolores decided to kick out her from the school but Tantan begs not to since she has no relatives in Seville, so Dolores decided turn her into a maid, making her miserable.
