One line railway

Supreme Leader Nanobana Kinako has changed her plan for the railway, instead of building multiple lines for Tantan Railways. This railway will now be a single line with 100 stations, these 100 stations will be divided in 10 phases, each phases has 10 stations. It is known that this is Nanobana Kinako's original plan for first ever railway, however this was never developed due to many complications. But will that complications be surpassed this time?
