The reason behind this is because Nanobana Kinako realised a weather pattern where it's sunny at the morning and the noon and rainy at the afternoon, so to combat raining, the shopping scheme will be held at morning. Even tho she has her own umbrella, traveling on a wet ground is a hassle due to potential falling down due to slippery concrete ground.

Edgar's new gimmick

According to her colleague, he start this gimmick when the effect of fund has officially ended. According to Edgar Gongora Cruz, he loves clinching his chance to discouraged Kinako's morality so that any task she can easily do will be difficult for her, in other words, Edgar wants to strained Nanobana Kinako's concentration to feel depressed. Yesterday, Supreme Leader Nanobana Kinako finished watching all 12 episodes of Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead and she started to see herself related to the show that she has 2 path choose either to become Akira or the Anti-Akira, Higurashi but Kinako still has her sanity, so she's unlikely to choose Higurashi path but Kinako admit that there's an unyeilding rage inside of her because of the inability of getting revenge to release that anger inside of her heart. Edgar knows if he did this on a wrong time, Kinako might booze herself to feel better which is something against Edgar's plan, so this is why the motherfucker is doing this on a time when Kinako is empty handed.
